    1. Overview

    The HYDE Founders Club Reservation is a limited-access membership purchase, not a physical merchandise order or financial instrument. By completing this reservation, you acknowledge that you are purchasing exclusive early-access privileges, communications, and branded materials as described on the product page.

    2. Processing & Confirmation

    All reservations are processed within 72 hours of purchase. Upon processing, you will receive a confirmation email outlining your membership details, along with information regarding your complimentary items and upcoming member access schedule.

    3. Refund & Cancellation Window

    Buyers have a 72-hour grace period from the time of purchase to request a full refund, minus the value of the complimentary book (The Divine Indictment: Whiteness vs. Humanity) valued at $144 USD.

    After the 72-hour window, all reservations are considered final and non-refundable, as membership access, materials, and exclusives will have been released to you.

    4. How to Cancel

    To request a cancellation within the 72-hour window, please email info@sylvianhyde.com with the subject line:

    “Founders Club Cancellation Request – [Your Full Name]”

    Include your order number and date of purchase.

    Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

    5. Post-Confirmation Policy

    Once the 72-hour period has expired and your membership has been confirmed, your purchase is non-refundable and non-transferable. You will retain full access to all Founders Club communications, benefits, and materials.

    6. Policy Precedence

    This policy applies exclusively to the Founders Club Reservation and supersedes any general refund or return policy published elsewhere on sylvianhyde.com or associated digital platforms.
