Pre-Order & Shipping Policy

A pre-order is an order (an item (s) of merchandise) before it is available, with the understanding that it will be shipped later. An estimated delivery date is indicated for each pre-ordered item within the product page. Complimentary standard shipping applies to domestic online orders that are $300 or more.

In case the merchandise in pre-order fails in delivery, SylvianHyde.com will promptly inform and refund customers. SylvianHyde.com will not be held responsible for a delay in shipment caused by circumstances beyond the control of Sylvian Hyde® that cause pre-ordered products to arrive at the warehouse later than the time specified on the product’s purchase page. 


In Pre-order purchases, credit cards are debited at the moment the order is placed. When we have shipped your order, we will send you an email with the carrier and tracking details. Follow the link in your email to check the estimated arrival of your order.

Return & Refund Policy

Sylvian Hyde does not offer refunds for change of mind, as all garments go into production at the time of order. Exchanges are permitted within 14 days of delivery for items of equal or greater value. Garments must be in original condition. Shipping costs for exchanges are at the customer's expense. To request an exchange, email shop@sylvianhyde.com. All exchange requests will be subject to availability. We do not offer credit notes. Please be aware all international orders (outside U.S.A.) may be subjected to sales tax, import duties and Customs charges at the receiver's expense. This rate is determined by the receiving country. Please contact your local Customs for further information. Shipping cost are non-refundable.
